Message	If he says he did it, then you should be able to get his insurance to pay for it, however, if he doesn't have insurance, then I guess you're SOL. You can get your insurance to pay for it, at increased rate for you. Or you can fix it out of pocket (which sucks). The thing is, talk to the police, file a report anyway.
